I am trying to create Wifi Hotspot using the default option available in the network section but as soon as i swicth on the wifi hotspot with the password entered it remains hardly for 30-40sec after that it switches off the hotspot and further i am not able to use the wifi until i restart my PC.

Please explain me the proper way to establish a Wifi Hotspot successfully as i am new in linux based system.

I guess you must be connected with a LAN cable, to create a mobile hotspot for that. Most USB Wifi Sticks, or integrated wifi chips, can only work in one way at the same time: receive connections (hotspot) or get connect to others (client)

Do you tried the hotspot with a LAN cable?
