sound is too low and bluetooth also not working

i have recently installed elementary os on my hp laptop but bluetooth is not working when i try to connect its only searching but not showing any device!!, and sound is also too low before this i was using windows in that sound was proper but after installing elementary os sound is too low

 

Install synaptic from the command line.

Sudo apt update
Sudo apt install synaptic

Than

Sudo apt install blueman

See if it finds devices
