Unfortunately the stock image viewer was unusable and crashed repeatedly. I have installed an alternative from the store but would like to remove the stock image viewer. how to do this? Thanks for your help!
Hi Englischdude, the packages are called pantheon-photos and pantheon-photos-common. Simply uninstall in terminal with: Code (Text): sudo apt-get purge pantheon-photos pantheon-photos-common If you want to reinstall later (maybe there isn't an error anymore): Code (Text): sudo apt-get install pantheon-photos pantheon-photos-common
