Loki I can't install tweaks

    When I try
    root@Soylu:~# sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
    Then it says we can't found the command and I can't use theme on dock anyone can help me on how install theme on loki ?

    it may have been down or something, it should work if you're on loki:

    sudo apt install software-properties-common
    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
    sudo apt update
    sudo apt install elementary-tweaks
