An all-in-one is like a laptop. It has a Celeron j3060 from 2016 and has 4GB RAM. Can run Elementary OS? And if it can, is faster than Win10? If it's too heavy please give me a recommendation. Thanks

The great thing about Elementary (and Most Linux distros) is that you don't have to guess. Simply try it out first using a bootable USB.

    This youtube video explains how

Take note at 3 minutes into the video your bios settings may look different, just enable usb booting in your bios.
also at 4 minutes in, click on the try elementary link. This will allow you to try it out, make sure everything works while running from the USB drive. Don't follow the rest of the video after 4 minutes, since that does a full install. After clicking try, simply follow the onscreen instructions

I installed Zorin OS weeks ago, so I will delete the partition and install Elementary OS. I know the process. Thanks for answering my question!
