As a newcomer to ELEMENTARY, I am looking for the possibility to create an application starter for my scan program VUESCAN. In UBUBTU or Linux MINT this was quite easy, but in ELEMETARY I tried in vain until now. Which one of you has ever faced such a problem and solved it how?
