Can't install elementary os from website with Etcher app. -- any suggestions

    I have downloaded the elementary os ISO from the website, have followed all the directions for using the Etcher app to install it, but I get an error message. Screen Shot 2016-09-10 at 12.14.21 PM.png


    Any suggestions on how to fix and install the OS? Has anyone encountered this?

    Using OSX El capitan.
