Buzzing/Whirring noise from CPU/Mainboard on Laptop fresh eOS install

    So, because of the aweful 4k support on other linux OS, I swiched to eOS yesterday and was amazed how smooth everything is without any preconfiguration. Bad 4k scaling drove me crazy. Seems like one problem is fixed and a new one appeared, because now my computer does these hard to describe noises. The best way I can describe it is as buzzing or whirring noise I can't tell where it comes from. I guess everyone has heard this kind of noise before it's just hard to describe.

    This is the best I found online, but mine is not as high pitched and has a much lower frequency.
