    Hi there.

I got an annoying bug in LibreOffice (v4 and v5) ; when I put the cursor over buttons, I've got white squares appearing over them. As I don't speak English very well, here is a screeenshot of the problem so you can understand.
I tried Xubuntu, Ubuntu, Fedora, and Debian on my PC but the bug only appears on Elementary.

Also, do you know any software (but Abiword) that could replace LibreOffice Writer ?

    Thanks for your help :)

You can use WPS Office. Its a 100% free and 100% a Microsoft Office clone from china ;- D but it works well with .doc and .docx, not supported are odt (open source document files).
Just download and install (sudo dpkg -i *.deb) from here: http://wps-community.org/downloads (usually the second one, *amd64.deb)

    :)
