What I need to find out is what realtek driver version matches the audio hardware in the Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th gen?

On the Realtek website downloads page if you click on the search icon (leaving the search box blank), you can see a list of Realtek audio drivers, and it appears as though all of them have linux versions. The audio is working on my Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th Gen laptop, but when I plug in headphones I hear a bit of static and fuzz when no audio is playing and also when audio is playing.

I tried reinstalling the driver in windows from the Lenovo product support page to see if any of the installation prompts had names on them like the names in that link, but I only saw "6.0.1.8619 x64 Edition" in the installation prompts and in device manager in windows. However, the Realtek website has driver names like "RTL8402" and "ALC892". I've also tried googling this and most of the results I find are unrelated. Additionally, the audio hardware "specs" from Lenovo just tout the "Noise-Cancelling dual-array far field microphones", "Dolby Audio™ Premium" and "Dolby Atmos® for headphones". So that's not of much use.

Is there any chance that this could be helpful?

Thanks in advance for all effort/help :)
