The functionality of having multiple ethernet profiles is missing. I can create multiple profiles, but I have no way of switching between them other than editing the properties and setting one to automatic and all the others to non-automatic connect.
This feature alone prevents me from using Elementary OS on my work laptop. I'm often connecting to different network equipment, often they do not have DHCP services, so having a single ethernet profile using DHCP, or constantly editing the default profile to assign myself a static IP address is inconvenient.
I'm not a software developer, but it seems like it would be trivial to have the created profiles available in the menu to connect by clicking on them.
Also, I think putting a minimize button by default would be smart. Doesn't make any sense to me for it not to be there.
