Hi guys, I always have the same problem with the same computer, when I disable the first time the wifi switch, then I never can activate it again. The slide moves, but says akways disabled. It's not a Laptop.

There are more possible causes for this problem, temporary fix (most of the time): systemctl restart network-manager. If that doesn't help: rfkill unblock all.
One of the possible causes is wifi powermanagement. First find out what kernel driver your wifi card is using (hwinfo --wlan or lspci -k). Boot your machine, type in a terminal sudo iwconfig wlan0 power off
Disable wifi, type in a terminal: journalctl -f, try to enable wifi
What do you see in the log ?
