USB Port won't working unless you restart the laptop.

    Hi, I'm currently switching from ubuntu 14.04 to elementaryOS freya.
    I had trouble that all my usb port won't working unless you plug-in first and restart the pc.
    This happen everytime I clean shutdown the laptop but not applicable with suspend/sleep.

    This is annoying and I never had this problem with ubuntu before.
    I'm using Lenovo E10-30.

    My ElementaryOS does only mount my usb stick, when I choose the appeared usb stick logo in "Files". What happens when you connect the stick and open files, and click on the icon below "devices"? Is it there?
