Anyone know a way to make steam minimize to the system panel only and disappear from the dock upon pressing "x" ? No point to have it appear in both places. Been looking for answers in the ubuntu community but haven't had much luck with their workarounds. EDIT: RESOLVED: Upon restarting pc, steam now behaves as it should. I guess one of the 3 commands i ran must've done it. This is what fixed it now in 2015 (run in terminal): echo 'STEAM_FRAME_FORCE_CLOSE=1' | sudo tee -a /etc/environment
