I've got a really annoying issue. Every time the AppCenter updates or apt updates, the launcher is reset to a 3x3 grid. I've got Elementary Tweaks installed and, which stills specifies a 3x5 grid. Increasing and decreasing it back to 3x5 works until AppCenter or apt updates. Anyone know where and how to fix this? It appears the 3x3 grid size is a default settings the system reverts back to.
