OK let's get it outta the way and laugh at me now. I am trying to install Elementary OS 6.1 and I am at a loss when it comes to the part that is asking me to make a partition, when I tried other Linux Os's pretty much did it for me now the options are confusing to me. Thanks in advance
I am there with ya Man. I am trying to install alongside Windows 10 but the installer is pretty strange. In fact it warns me about "Data Loss" . It says I Must chose an EFI partition and a / partition but when I select the EFI Partition it seems it wants to take it over completely from Windows, showing exclamation in a diamond, and that makes me too nervous to install it . Any examples I found were older and looked like typical ubuntu installers that give you the option of using free space but this one does not . Pretty messed up if they can not even get the installer right.
