    Hi experts,

I just installed latest elementary OS Freya on my old Dell Latitude D830 laptop with
    ProcessorS: 2 x Interl(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7250 @ 2.00GHz
    RAM: 4GB
    OS: elementary OS Freya
VGA: NVIDIA Corporation G86m [Quatro NVS 135M} (rev a1)(prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

I got information above from hardinfo. I have attached txt file showing more info about my machine. You can change txt extension to html and view it as a webpage.

The problem I am having is that Fraya appears to be very slow and from what I read, 4GB or RAM should be plenty for it.

I am novice to Linux so not sure if I can do something to speed up the machine, I am just planning to use it as my laptop. Probably not often watching movies or playing music, just regular browsing, emailing, playing and learning Linux, that is all.

Any help will be highly appreciated,
