24 hour clock setting doesn't work

    Freya 0.3.2 updated as of 2015-12-18
    Dell Inspiron 3000 i3137-3751sLV (Haswell, 2013, Celeron 2955U)

    I can change the 24 hour clock setting in the control panel, but the setting doesn't work.

    I am not quite sure this is the proper solution, but i had the same problem until i changed language & format settings and restartet the system. Now it shows the 24h clock.
