I found a thread or Reddit (to which I cannot reply anymore), from what seems to be an Elementary developer, saying that it's up to the app to remember the last window positions, and that all Elementary apps do that. I have found this to be true, so far, for every app except Midori. It always starts up maximized (which I don't want), and when when I unmaximize it, its size is very small, much smaller than the size I had left it in. So it definitely doesn't remember anything; the size or the maximize state. Is this fixable?
Sorry, the issue has been fixed after I manually updated Midori. Sorry for the unnecessary thread, feel free to delete.
