Greetings, at the moment I use Linux Mint 17 Xfce but I want to switch to Elementary OS.

I will use Gimp, Inkscape and Blender frequently. I have also some websites (Wordpress) on localhost.

I use those websites professionally so the OS of my choice must run stable and no bugs.

    I have an old computer.

    Specs:
    Computer: Dell Optiplex 745
    Processor: 2x Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHZ
    Memory: 2053MB

What version of Elementary OS (32bit) will be the best to use? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Tomatito

ElementaryOS is a young distribution, there aren't much versions: 01 (Jupiter), 02 (Luna) and 03 (Freya).
02 Luna is based on Ubuntu 12.04 and supported until 2017. Maybe, Luna runs on your old computer a tick faster than Freya. Freya is Based on Ubuntu 14.04 and Gimp, Blender or Apache (Wordpress) is the same as Ubuntu 14.04, so it's stable as Mint 17 is.
In your position i would try out Freya first, maybe your computer is running it :- )?

    Good luck!
