I've installed elementary OS and I ran the grub 'boot-repair' tool, the problem is that when I now go into the grub boot menu, windows doesn't appear on the selection list.

I installed the grub boot loader onto the windows partition but no difference

How do I fix this? I need windows, I need my gaming fix!

Nvm, found the answer to my problem in this question.

    Specifically:

    1. Boot Ubuntu and mount your Windows partition (simply open the disk on Nautilus(Using the elementary file manager also works))

    2. Run the following on the command line (Ctrl+Alt+t):

      sudo os-prober

    3. If your Windows installation was found, you can run:

      sudo update-grub
Note that step 2 is just for your convenience. You could just mount the Windows 7 partition and then run update-grub.
