Hi there, I'm using elementary OS, 2 days ago, I registered a problem due my integrated webcam being activated, after I left my laptop on for 3 hours without activity, scared I proceeded immediately at that time to restart my laptop and check the logs syslog, kernel and auth.log, however i cant see nothing I didn't see anything suspicious, I have the firewall active for my laptop. I want to know if there is a tool that allows me to verify which applications have accessed the hardware of my computer, to rule out if it is malware or an intrusion to my computer, I thought that in the kernel log I would see it but it was not possible. Wow what an interesting question, this one really got me thinking I'm not qualified enough to answer it, but looks like Linux in general has got your back!
