Hera Can`t install Tweaks on OS Hera 5.1.6 and 5.1.5

    I`m new user.
    i`ve searched many forums and video tutorials how to install tweaks. In exmples i watshed, it all goes well (applys, install well) on 5.1 versions, but none of them wasn`t on 5.1.5 or higher.

    it`s always ends like this:
    Чтение списков пакетов… Готово
    Построение дерева зависимостей
    Чтение информации о состоянии… Готово
    E: Невозможно найти пакет elementary-tweaks

    are they stoped updating it on 5.1 and higher versions?
