    Hi,

I've never had any problems before, right now I just bought a new laptop with AC9560 wifi controller and it doesn't work at all. I've read other forums and threads and I can't get any clues about how to solve the issue. My lap does not have an ethernet connection so I cannot install anything on the fly and when I try to connect using bluetooth it simply doesn't recognize the BT networking, please advide...

Hi Jacob O. Hope this will help you, I wrote an article for a different wifi driver, but basically you need to find your hardware id for the driver. Then look it up on linux-hardware.og Based on your description, I'm guessing this is your card (but please follow my article on how to identify your hardware ids and verify it)

    https://linux-hardware.org/index.php?id=pci:8086-02f0-8086-0030

Note the article I wrote is for a different laptop and wifi card, however the part from "
Background Info that you may find useful." onwards should help you

Also I think you're card might be a PCI card so you may need to use the command lspci -nn
    Code (Text):
    lspci -nn
The hardware code will be listed at the end e.g. "... Device [8086:31ac] ..."
