Hello, I'm trying to re-install Elementary OS on my laptop, but the installation gets stuck after a few minutes. Firstly when it asks me to connect to a wifi, it's not working, it's trying to connect and then it stops. So I try then to select the option to connect to wifi later and when I click on continue the installation get stuck. When I try to lunch again the installation and I don't select any wifi, the installation gets stuck on the next steps. I tried also to use the option "Try Elementary OS'' but it's not working after 2 minutes and I have to reboot the computer. I tried to re-create the USB installation but it's still the same. If you could help me, I would be pleased Thank you!
Hi Sideriql, could you let us know the make, model of your laptop? Also do any other linux distributions (such as Ubuntu) run ok on this laptop or is this your first time trying out linux?
