Veracrypt

I know this isn't a supported application but it's one I use. I've been looking for a way to see if this can be fixed but have had no luck. When launching the app via terminal I get this:

*** BUG ***
In pixman_region32_init_rect: Invalid rectangle passed
Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug

*** BUG ***

This will also open the app with a double window, almost like the terminal window is behind the app. Any help appreciated, and thanks

I do not know how to fix. help is appreciated.

 

i found that the version veracrypt-1.24-Update4-Ubuntu-16.04-amd64.deb works.
