Hi people ! I was on firefox and doing some things, i zoomed out a webpage and when i clicked on the firefox button to restaure normal page -i don't know what's happened- all my system font were zoomed out.... and i can't restaure it via the settings, when i try to zoom using the settings, it zoom in the zoom out and it just render the same illegibility.... what can i do ?
Try Applications Menu -> System Settings -> Universal Access -> Display -> text size Or Code (Text): gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor 1.0
yeah i tried, but it does nothing, its not this sittings which has activate it command dosen't work too
Have you elementary tweak tool installed? If so: Applications Menu -> System Settings -> Tweaks -> Fonts or try: Code (Text): sudo apt-get install --reinstall --purge fontconfig fontconfig-config EDIT: You could delete ~/.gconf but it will reset whole your desktop as last resort -> may require logout/login.
i tried all you said with rm -rf .gconf/ (and logout/login after) didn't worked but thank you anyway i will create a new user for try something.......
i downloaded gnome-tweak-tool and when i changed the font size on the screen..... i changed the font too but didn't worked. On the guest session all is good
