Guys i have a Hp pavillion 15. it has a realtek 8732be driver . In elementary os i have very low wifi strength even when i sit close to rouet and this is a very common problem and can be fixedby reintalling the realtek driver from github. But this time it did not work. I still have weak strength .Pls help me fix this . tell me if u require any information and maybe i did something wrong while installing the driver from github so can u tell me the proper way to install it? Thx a lot guys!
Sorry I dont have a solution for you, I just want to say Realtek drivers are mostly the hell under Linux. They often arent working or very bad as you explain. Sometimes it makes more sense to buy a new wifi stick for some dollars and bypass the integrated Realtek chip this way. But hopefully someone else can help you with a solution?
