    Heyo.. I'm trying to install the ocs-url program to install themes from gnome-look. First I type in to the terminal: sudo apt install libqt5svg5 qml-module-qtquick-controls

    So when I'm trying to use sudo dpkg, I don't know what the path is to what I installed! Elementary OS terminal just puts a "..." where most of the path should be! :eek:

    Is there some command to locate the installed files, or to enable the full path in terminal? Thank you! I'm willing to provide more information if needed. ;) Screenshot from 2017-03-28 21-13-16.png

    I can't do the dpkg command because I don't have the path to the file.

    and you don't have the patch to the file. Got it.
    My next questionis why using dpkg when you install it through apt-get? For me it looks (the picture) it got installed and ready to use.

    Have you enable DIRTRIM on your system so you can't see the full path?
    Try set it to 20 instead:
    Code (Text):

    PROMPT_DIRTRIM=20
